When calling a secondary switchboard, the main

switchboard may use one of the 3 following methods:

1 enter the switchboard number (e.g. 005 240) and

press

main switchboard

- press the MENU key to display a screen in the

bottom right-hand corner;

When the handset of the switchboard called is

lifted, it communicates with the main switchboard,

the maximum duration of the conversation is equal to

the audio time set on the main switchboard (MENU/

Settings/Timers/Audio - min. 10 seconds, max. 90

seconds).

Communicating with

- to end the conversation, hang up the handset.

CAUTION!

When the secondary switchboard and main

switchboard are communicating with each other,

calls cannot be transferred or put on hold.
